Terms & conditions
Last updated: 7 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of tickets sold through West Live at westliveticket.com and through any other officially listed channel of ours. By buying a ticket from any of our official channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
The operator of westliveticket.com is West Live, Ukraine.
1. Scope & Acceptance
- These Terms apply to all visitors to the site, account holders, and purchasers of tickets through West Live.
- By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of them.
- Individual events may carry additional rules (venue rules, age limits, dress code, Organizer terms). Where there is a conflict, the rules of the specific event prevail for that event.
- If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or purchase tickets.
2. The Role of West Live as a Ticketing Operator
West Live acts in one of two roles, and the relevant one applies to each event:
- As agent for the organizer. In most cases, West Live sells tickets on behalf of and as agent for the event organizer ("Organizer"). In that case the contract to attend the event is directly between you and the Organizer, who is responsible for the event itself — its delivery, content, on-site safety, and the line-up. West Live is responsible only for the ticket sales process and the related (service) services.
- As principal. Where West Live is the organizer or co-organizer of an event, we are the party to the contract for that event. The role West Live plays is indicated on the relevant event page.
- Two parts of the price. When West Live acts as agent, the amount you pay covers two separate parts: (a) the ticket price (face value) — payment for the event itself, which the Organizer provides; and (b) the service fee — payment for West Live's booking, technical-support, and sales-handling services. This structure also determines how refunds work (see Section 7).
- Regardless of role, official tickets are sold exclusively through westliveticket.com and the other channels we name explicitly. Where West Live acts as agent, claims about the event itself are resolved with the involvement of the Organizer.
3. Account & Ordering
- To place an order you provide accurate, current information (including your name, email address, and a phone number for notifications). You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successful. Until payment is confirmed, no ticket is issued and items in your cart are not finally reserved for you. The contract is formed at the moment we send you the order confirmation.
- We may set limits on the number of tickets per person or order to ensure fair access; any such limit is shown at checkout. Orders that exceed the limit or are placed by automated means (bots) may be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, a technical pricing or availability error, a payment recalled by the bank, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Prices, Fees & Currency
- All prices are shown in the currency shown at checkout and, where required by law, include applicable taxes.
- A service fee and/or other processing fees may be added to the ticket price. The final amount, including all fees, is shown before you complete payment.
- The price locked in at checkout stays the same through to payment. A later price change, discount, or promotion gives no right to a top-up charge or a refund of the difference on an order already placed.
- We work to keep prices accurate, but in the case of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full.
5. Payment
- Payment is taken at checkout using the methods available on the payment page.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers: licensed payment providers. West Live does not store your full card details.
- If a payment does not go through, no ticket is issued and any amount temporarily held is released in line with the rules of your bank and payment provider.
6. Ticket Delivery & E-Tickets
- After a successful payment, tickets are sent to the email address you entered at checkout and are available from your order confirmation page.
- Tickets are issued as e-tickets carrying a unique QR or barcode. If you do not see your ticket, check your spam folder and confirm the address you entered. If a ticket does not arrive, tell us no later than 48 hours before the event before the event so we can resolve it in time.
- Check the details on your ticket as soon as you receive it and report any obvious errors as soon as possible. Where needed, we may make the ticket available for collection at the venue box office (on presentation of valid ID).
- Keep your ticket secure. Each code is valid for a single entry only: whoever first presents a valid code is admitted. Do not post images of your ticket or its code publicly — if several copies exist, entry is granted on the first scan only and the remaining copies become invalid.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Sales are final. Tickets for dated events are not subject to a general "change-of-mind" refund: distance-selling law generally provides no right to cancel a ticket for an event on a specified date. A refund is available only in the cases described below and where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
- Full cancellation. If an event is cancelled outright, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price (face value) under the announced procedure. If only part of a multi-day event is cancelled, a proportionate part of the price is refunded.
- Service fee. Service and payment fees are generally non-refundable, except for a full event cancellation, a duplicate charge, or where the law requires otherwise.
- How to request a refund. Contact us through our official support channels and provide your order number and proof of payment. Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the request.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise with you. Where West Live acts as agent, the refund is made on the instruction of and at the expense of the Organizer, who is the party responsible for funding it.
- Tickets lost or stolen after delivery are not reissued and are not refundable.
8. Rescheduled & Postponed Events
- The Organizer reserves the right to move the date, time, or venue of an event when circumstances require it.
- If an event is rescheduled, valid tickets normally remain valid for the new date — no separate action is needed.
- If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price (face value) by notifying us no later than 48 hours before the new event date before the rescheduled event. If you do not opt out within that time, your ticket is treated as reconfirmed for the new date.
- We notify ticket holders of any reschedule or change by email and/or SMS using the contact details given at purchase, and publish the update on the event page. We make reasonable efforts to notify you in good time but cannot guarantee that a notice reaches you if your contact details are out of date or were entered incorrectly.
9. Changes to the Event Programme
- Material change. If an event becomes materially different from the one a purchaser could reasonably expect (for example, a change of the concert headliner, or a move to a different venue), the refund/reschedule provisions in Sections 7–8 apply, subject to the notification deadline.
- What is not a material change. The following are not material changes, in particular: a change of the opening or supporting acts, changes to the band line-up, changes to a festival line-up, a change of start time, minor delays, adverse weather, and curtailment where the main part of the programme was performed. Such changes give no right to a refund.
- The venue or Organizer may reallocate seats of an equivalent category where operational or safety reasons require it.
10. Right of Admission & Venue Rules
- To be admitted you must present a valid ticket (digital or printed), ready to be scanned. Valid ID may be required at the door.
- West Live, the Organizer, and the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person — on safety grounds, for breaches of venue rules, for alcohol or drug intoxication, for carrying prohibited items, where capacity is exceeded, for failing to provide ID or proof of age, or for behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of other guests — without a refund.
- Entry may be subject to security checks. Please arrive in good time: late arrival could mean missing part of the programme and restricted access until a break in the performance.
- By buying a ticket you agree that you may appear in official event photography or filming as a member of the audience. Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or recording may be restricted. Follow the rules announced for each event and venue and the directions of staff and security.
11. Age Limits
- Many West Live concerts and club nights carry a minimum age requirement. The applicable age limit is shown on the relevant event page.
- Where no specific limit is stated for a club night, the default minimum age is 18 (18+).
- You may be asked to show valid photo ID at the door to confirm your age and the name on your ticket. Entry may be refused, without a refund, if suitable ID cannot be provided.
12. No Resale, Transfer, or Duplication
- Tickets are issued for personal use only.
- Prohibited: reselling tickets for profit, offering them commercially, or copying or duplicating them without authorization. A free personal transfer of a ticket is permitted only at face value and without gain.
- A ticket that has been resold above face value, transferred, or duplicated in breach of these Terms may be voided without a refund, and entry on it may be refused.
- Only tickets bought through official West Live channels are valid. We cannot guarantee entry, and accept no responsibility, for tickets bought from resellers, scalpers, or third parties.
13. Intellectual Property
- The West Live name, logo, branding, and the content published on westliveticket.com (text, images, video, design) are the property of West Live and/or its partners and are protected by law.
- No part of the site may be used, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written permission of the rights holder. Automated data collection (scraping) and other unauthorized use of the site are prohibited.
- Artist logos, event names, and venue materials belong to their respective owners and are used on a lawful basis.
14. Limitation of Liability
- West Live's responsibility is limited to the ticket sales process for the event (and, where West Live is the Organizer, to the delivery of that event).
- We are not responsible for transport, parking, accommodation, or other third-party services, or for incidents occurring outside the venue or beyond our control. Where West Live acts as agent, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of the Organizer or the venue.
- To the extent permitted by law, West Live is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit and travel or accommodation costs). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by intent or gross negligence, and consumer rights that cannot be restricted).
15. Force Majeure
West Live and the Organizer are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including: acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic, acts of war, armed aggression, states of emergency, air-raid alerts, acts of public authorities, bans or restrictions on mass gatherings, power outages, communication-network failures, and strikes. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure, the cancellation and reschedule provisions above apply; force majeure may affect the timing of performance but does not release the obligation to refund in the cases provided by these Terms and the law.
16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please first contact our support team using the details in Section 18.
- Pre-court procedure. Before going to court, send us a written claim. We accept claims, and provide a response, within the periods set out as 14 days to file a complaint and 14 days for our response.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through the pre-court procedure, it is dealt with under Section 17. This provision does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the laws of Ukraine.
- Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where applicable law so provides.
18. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published at westliveticket.com applies and shows the date it was updated.
- Orders already placed are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law.
